Lake dillon reservoir is a spectacular high mountain lake and is stocked annually with coho & kokanee salmon and cutthroat & brook trout. Dillon reservoir is a reservoir located just 1.1 miles from silverthorne, in summit county, in the state of colorado, united states. The area includes 1,376 acres of water and 5,345 acres of land, of which 4,400 acres are open for public hunting.
